Instructions of Wet Mix Concrete Spraying Equipment & Shotcrete Machine
1, Before the new machine leaves the factory, the lubricant in the cam chamber and the transmission chamber has been discharged. The user should fill lubricant before using it for the first time.
2, Concrete workability has a great influence on the continuity, stability, spray effect and production efficiency. Max. grain size should be no more than 15mm and slump should be strictly controlled within 10~15cm.
3, Don’t run the Wet Mix Concrete Spraying Equipment with system air pressure under 0.5 MPa.
4, The start-up and shut-down must strictly observe the operating procedures of the Wet Mix Concrete Spraying Equipment .
5, If there is large pulse and a blockage in the nozzle (working air pressure rises sharply), turn off main motor immediately.
6, During spraying, ensure discharge hole of rotor is unobstructed.
8, clean thoroughly after using:
1.Open wind path, add water to hopper, clean spray hoses with water and wind.
2.Remove quick connector firstly, then spray hose, air inlet pipe and clamp. Turn over hopper seat, thoroughly clean the hopper, spray bins, rubber plates, rotor bodies, and outer surface of the machine.
3.Clean non-return valve of liquid accelerator hose and filter
9, Wet Mix Concrete Spraying Equipment should be checked thoroughly every month or after completing 300m3 of concrete spray (adjust check period depending on spray quantity.
10, Lubricant has been added in reducer casing of Wet Mix Concrete Spraying Equipment before delivery. Replace luvricant every month or after completing 300m3 concrete spray. Then replace it every six months(depending on the amount of injection). Replace lubricant of dosing pump every month during the first six months. Then replace it every six months.
11, Don’t turn on main motor without materials
12, The electrical system must be reliably grounded.
