The CYTM41/2 mining hydraulic anchor drilling rigs is suitable for anchor bolt support operations in various underground tunnels and culverts, including those in mines, road and railway tunnels, hydropower and pumpedstorage power stations. The machine utilizes a specialized engineering chassis, featuring a rational layout, compact structure, energy efficiency, low noise, multiple functions, high efficiency, powerful performance, and flexible mobility,allowing for rapid relocation. The machine comes with a built in anchor bolt magazine, allowing for quick switchingbetween different types and specifications of anchor bolts. Depending on the anchor bolt application requirements,specialized split- set, resin, or a combination of split-set and resin anchor bolts can be custom-selected. One machine canperform all the steps of anchor bolt support work, including mesh installation, drilling, grout injection, anchor bolt installation, and nut tightening, thus achieving complete mechanization of the anchor bolt support process.

A rock drilling jumbo drills blast holes for excavation. A rock bolting jumbo such as the CYTM41/2 supports the rock after excavation. It drills the bolt holes and installs the bolts in the same machine, so tunnel roofs and sidewalls are reinforced faster and more safely.

Its working range is 3.7×3.7 m to 5.5×6 m. The machine is 11,246 mm long, 2,088 mm wide and 2,998 mm high (2,298 mm with the cab roof lowered) and weighs 16.5 t. The articulated frame, 4WD and hydraulic cab-roof lifting suit low, narrow tunnels.

It drills holes of 33–51 mm in diameter to a depth of 2,460 mm, with a 2,700 mm drill rod and a 3,510 mm propulsion beam.

It runs on electric power (380 V, 64 kW installed, 70 m cable) during construction. A 66 kW Yuchai diesel engine serves as backup and moves the machine between sites. The emergency system keeps working if external power fails.

It can be configured for split-set bolts, resin bolts, or a combination of both. The built-in bolt magazine lets operators switch between bolt types and specifications quickly.
