Rock Drilling Rig

Rock Drilling Rig is an impact rotary drill. Its internal structure is different from that of a general rock drill. Its gas distribution and piston reciprocating mechanism are separate, namely the impactor. The front end is directly connected to the drill bit, and the rear end is directly connected to the drill rod. When drilling, the impactor dives into the hole, and through the gas distribution device (valve), the piston (cone) in the impactor reciprocates to hit the drill tail, so that the drill bit generates a gyratory force on the rock at the bottom of the hole.

Down-the-hole drilling rigs use electric energy as power, low noise, strong power. The drilling speed is 3-8 times that of ordinary rock drills, rock hardness DA up to 9, the drilling depth per hour is 8-16 meters.
2.The propulsion, rotation and impact are all powered by compressed air, with a simple structure, single power and easy relocation. There are three support structures to choose from: single top, double top and support type, which can adapt to any location and terrain. The control mechanism is centralized, and the operation is convenient and fast. The unique double muffler has good muffler effect and reduces environmental pollution.
3.With anti-stuck protection, when the drill is stuck, the motor is not easy to burn out and the reducer is not easy to be damaged.
