The 3S series grouting pumps can inject both cement grout and mortar. Their main features include high pressure, stable flow rate, reasonable structure, and convenient operation. They are primarily used for dam foundation curtain grouting, slope anchoring grouting, tunnel grouting, and related grouting projects, and can replace mud pumps in geological core drilling. The 3S-500 model is a high-flow-rate grouting pump specifically designed and developed for projects with large grouting volumes.

  Features Of Three Cylinder Piston Grouting Pump

1. Adjustable Flow Rate: Flow rate can be adjusted by changing the number of reciprocating strokes of the plunger per minute, meeting the requirements of grouting or drilling processes.

2. Stable Flow Rate: Flow rate fluctuations are small per operating cycle, with a flow rate non-uniformity coefficient S=1.04. The total discharge per unit time remains essentially constant, and changes in discharge pressure have minimal impact.

3. Easy Operation: Pressure limiting is achieved using an adjusting nut, simplifying operation and providing protection. The pump has no external moving parts during operation, promoting safe production.

4. Convenient Maintenance: All seals are made of wear-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life. The pump is easy to install and disassemble, facilitating maintenance.

5. Flexible Mobility: Compact size and lightweight, with wheels that can be installed at the bottom, make it easy to move and suitable for various construction sites.

  Working Principle Of Three Cylinder Piston Grouting Pump

The motor drives the plunger to reciprocate via an eccentric wheel, causing the volume of the sealed chamber to change periodically, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the chamber. When the plunger moves to the right, the chamber volume expands, the pressure decreases, and the liquid, under atmospheric pressure, forces its way through the suction valve and into the chamber. When the plunger moves to the left, the chamber volume shrinks, the liquid is compressed, the pressure increases, and the discharge valve opens to discharge the liquid, thus achieving liquid transport.
