A well-known Peruvian company visited the factory of Henan Weibang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou and watched a live demonstration, subsequently ordering a 4016B15 model concrete spraying robot.

The Peruvian delegation focused on the robot’s performance in large tunnel and slope engineering projects. Key features demonstrated included:

A dual-arm, dual-pump system for high efficiency (spraying volume up to 40 cubic meters/hour) and short downtime.

A spraying height of 16 meters and a spraying width of 26 meters, suitable for large-section construction.

An all-terrain chassis with four-wheel drive/steering and hydraulic transmission.

Wireless remote control (100-meter range) and dual power supplies (380V/engine).

“We are impressed with the robot’s build quality and dual-pump system, which are crucial for continuous operation in our mountain tunnel project,” said the Peruvian purchasing manager.

The customer selected the TX4016B15 configuration equipped with front-wheel steering and a 100-meter cable. The order includes operator training and factory-direct pricing. Weibang has exported similar shotcrete robots to over 200 countries.

This equipment will be shipped to Peru for infrastructure construction projects.
