About the Show
What Is bauma CHINA 2026?
bauma CHINA has been the benchmark event for Asia’s construction machinery industry since it first opened in 2002. Held every two years in Shanghai and organized by Messe München, the show brings together manufacturers of construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, and construction vehicles from around the world.
New for 2026
One Show, Two Venues
For the first time in its history, bauma CHINA is expanding into two venues at once. Alongside its long-time home, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), running November 24–27, the organizers have added a second site: the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC), running November 23–26.
Together the two venues cover roughly 400,000 square meters of exhibition space and are expected to host more than 4,000 exhibitors. SNIEC and SWEECC sit about 8 kilometers apart in Shanghai’s Pudong district, linked during the show by free shuttle buses and by metro — and a single visitor ticket covers both sites across all five exhibition days.
