Advantages and operation methods of secondary concrete pump

A secondary concrete pump is used for pouring floor columns. Each installation of a secondary column pump improves work efficiency. The advanced structure of the grouting pump offers numerous advantages. This advanced design also makes it compact, portable, and allows for complete replacement of manual pouring with automated travel, allowing for easy access to the room. The pump is compact, easy to install, and simple to operate. It can be poured directly onto the ground, significantly reducing labor intensity.

Operating Procedures for a Secondary Concrete Pump:

1. When pumping concrete downward, open the air valve on the delivery pipe and wait until the concrete reaches a certain pressure in the lower section of the pipe before closing the valve.

2. Before the concrete pumping is finished, accurately calculate the required concrete volume and promptly inform the concrete mixing plant.

3. During the pumping process, discarded and excess concrete should be promptly and properly disposed of according to the designated disposal method and location.

4. After the pumping is complete, clean the concrete pump and delivery pipe.

5. When removing blockages, re-pumping or cleaning the concrete pump, the distributor outlet should be facing a safe direction to prevent blockages or waste slurry from flying out at high speed.
