ZLP Automatic Loading Shotcrete Machine

The ZLP automatic loading shotcrete machine is an improved product based on the original one-to-two (35KW) model. Its outstanding features are the use of a standard truck chassis, increased traction, flexible operation, and a reliable brake system. This machine draws a set of hydraulic power devices from the car diesel engine power system and connects them in parallel with the vehicle-mounted hydraulic power device. In the absence of an external power supply, the car diesel engine power can be used to temporarily operate the entire vehicle hydraulic system, greatly facilitating daily equipment maintenance (this device cannot be used during normal spraying work). The improved spraying vehicle has more complete functions and is an essential alternative product for engineering spraying and protection construction, various types of tunnels, and rock wall consolidation.

The vehicle-mounted automatic loading shotcrete machine consists of seven systems including spraying system, power traction system, frame device, loading system, hydraulic system, accelerating agent adding system and electrical control.

(1).Two standard general-purpose shotcrete machines are used for the shotcrete machine, and their working principle will not be discussed here;
(2).The power traction system uses Tangjun standard light trucks, with a 65kW diesel engine as the power, and drives the transmission shaft, rear axle bearing, half shaft, and rear wheel rotation through the gearbox. The front wheel has a steering mechanism, and the movement speed is controlled by the gearbox and throttle, with forward, reverse, and speed shifting. The gearbox is equipped with a power take-off port, and a hydraulic gear pump is installed in parallel with the vehicle-mounted hydraulic system. The operating handle is placed in the cab. The frame device is fixed on the beam of the power traction system;
(3).The feeding system consists of a hopper and two left and right multi-stage telescopic flip cylinders. After the dump truck unloads the concrete mixture into the hopper, two multi-stage telescopic flip cylinders slowly lift the hopper. Since the front end of the hopper is provided with a rotating fulcrum, the hopper slowly rotates under the push of the multi-stage telescopic flip cylinder with the rotating fulcrum at the front end of the hopper as the center of the circle. When the hopper rotates to a suitable angle, the concrete mixture can be automatically unloaded from the discharge port at the front end of the hopper into the upper fixed hopper. The lower part of the fixed hopper is provided with two trumpet material ports, and the concrete mixture can flow into the hoppers of the two shotcrete machines from these trumpet material ports. The amount of feed to the shotcrete machine is controlled by the trumpet material port adjustment device. Two sets of accelerator powder adding devices are installed on the front side of the upper hopper. It is steplessly adjustable and controllable, so that the accelerator and the concrete mixture enter the hopper of the shotcrete machine at the same time. The feeding amount is controlled by the rotating handle of the adjusting motor;
(4). In order to facilitate the stability of the machine equipment, four hydraulic support leg cylinders are specially provided at the four corners of the frame to adjust the basic level of the four corners of the machine before the equipment works. To protect the hydraulic outriggers, be sure to put sleepers under the frame after leveling the equipment.
